WHAT LED YOU TO PURSUE A CAREER IN PHOTOGRAPHY, SPECIFICALLY FILM?
I fell in love with photography while travelling, fascinated by the chaos, colours and moments I was surrounded by. It became an obsession and I used to plan various trips to countries around the world just to shoot for myself, like Cuba, India, Nicaragua, Oman.. often exploring solo and being led by curiosity of what caught my eye. The analog process captured my attention a few years ago, I loved the rawness, colours and feeling it evokes. Digital can often feel too programmed, analog feels more instinctive and emotional for me. It wasn't until 'The Pleasure of Leisure', a book I co-created with Milou Neelen (Hôtel Magique) that I took the leap to follow this path. It's been an endless learning experience - I feel very lucky to be doing work that I love, bringing together all the things I deeply care about.

WHERE WAS YOUR FAVOURITE SPOT TO SWIM?
There’s a little rocky bay in between the basin and Longreach Bay which was idyllic and more protected from the winds. The Basin (pack your snorkel) and Pinky's are also so beautiful.
BEST SPOT FOR LUNCH?
IS THERE A DESTINATION THAT YOU’VE BEEN DREAMING OF LATELY?
I would love to explore more of Africa, especially over on the west coast.
